Gia's 1st bday pictures (take 2)

I wasn't completely happy with the pictures I got of Gia last round (my battery died after 6 pictures) so we tried it again on Mother's day. I realized QUICKLY that Gia doesn't "pose" for pictures as well as her big brother does, I had the toughest time getting her to even look at me! Here are some pics, we also had Aunt Estef staying with us for a few days so that was a fun treat!

Gia turns 1!

Ok so I am a month behind (almost to the day) Gia had a great birthday, I got strep so that was fun (I had the flu on Luca's first bday) so I was a bit of a zombie for her party. It was great though, family, gifts, candles, cupcakes, the whole hoopla. She is growing up so fast I can't believe she is 1. She is now running , sleeping like a champ, eating like a champ, and giving us so much joy! She LOVES avocados, cheese, and whole milk. She loves to shake her head no and yes and say ya ya. She gives high fives and kisses (selectively, such a lady) She sings (sounds like the alphabet) and dances and is very attached to her blanket. I love her too much to attempt to describe.....

Easter 2010

Easter 2010 is complete. I am exhausted....we had spent easter with my side of the family last weekend in Lebanon so this weekend we hung at home a little more and had dinner with the Bellenghi's. Luca wanted to play outside most of the day and it was pretty cold so we layered him up and let him play outside all morning. Gia is cutting a few teeth and fighting a cold so she is very grouchy and tried to sleep for a good part of the day. Here a couple pics.

A few weekends ago Grandpa, Poppi, Aunt Traci, Uncle Jordon, Jack, and Charli came to town to visit, it was a gorgeous day so we headed to the park. Here are some pics from the day....

Little update

As much as I think Gia looks like Rob this picture above totally reminds me of a picture my mom has of me in her home at this age. I will see about getting that photo up here to compare.

Now that I am working I haven't quite figured out how to keep up with my blogs/pictures/laundry. We spent last weekend at the beach and had a nice time, here are some pictures of the weekend, most aren't edited since I haven't had time to do that yet.

Nanny Aimee is doing awesome, totally the right person for our family, Luca LOVES her and has so much fun all day with her and Gia seems to be doing great with her aside from the first five minutes I leave the house. All is good here in the Bellenghi Home.
